How do I reserve the items I want for my event?
Simply Call us and tell us what items you'd like to rent and the date and time of your event. Once a deposit is left via PayPal, your items will be reserved for you. We will call the day prior to confirm the delivery and pick up time.
Yes. We offer free delivery to Riverside, Corona, Moreno Valley and surrounding areas. Depending on the location, a nominal fee may be applied. We also offer customer pick up. However, the customer is responsible for any damage or loss caused during transport.
Do you have a minimum order requirement?
No, we do not have a minimum order requirement. However, there is a minimum order of $50 for delivery.
How long is the rental period?
Our prices are based on a 12 hour rental period. Most times we deliver the morning of the event and pick up that evening or the following morning. Arrangements will be made at the time of rental. All, machines, catering equipment and tables and chairs must be stacked and ready at time of pick up. (There will be a $25 fee to gather items if they are not ready at time agreed.)
Will directions come with the machines?
Yes. We will supply you directions on how to operate and care for the machines.

What if I have to cancel?
A 100% refund of your deposit will be given if cancelled 3 or more days in advance. A 50% refund will be given if cancelled 1-2 days in advance. No refund if cancelled the day of party.
When can I expect the Princess to arrive for the birthday party?
The princess will arrive at the door at the agreed upon start time. Please have everthing ready for when the princess arrives, so that the guests can enjoy all of their time with the princess and not miss any of the fun! (The princess will not be able to stay past the previously agreed upon duration of the party).
Do I tip the Princess and/or delivery driver?
It is never a requirement to tip. However, if you are satisfied with the service provided, our Princesses and Delivery Drivers always appreciate a tip for a job well done.
Am I responsible if any items are lost or damaged?
Yes. Any lost or damaged items are the responsibility of the customer. There will be additional fees for dented, chipped, cracked or other abuse of any items. In some cases, the customer may be responsible for replacement of the item if damage is extensive or if item is lost or stolen. A credit card is needed to reserve rental items as security damage deposit for items. Card will only be charged if items are damaged, lost or stolen. Charges vary depending on circumstances. Please make sure all items are kept in a safe place and that there is a responsible adult operating any rental machines. We are not responsible for any injury due to the use of our equipment. Use at your own risk.
